Adam Vilk

Adam graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology after which he attended Mohawk College to complete his advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. He has worked alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and orthopedic surgeons in a clinical rehabilitation setting in which he was exposed to a variety of pre/post-op patients as well as athletes, and those in the general public who are seeking a multidisciplinary approach to recovery and performance.

In his spare time Adam enjoys playing guitar, backcountry camping, and lounging in a hammock.
